Terrie Masters, former President of the Los Angeles User
Group. It was Terrie who first proposed the idea of a Fest West at Texas
Instruments in Lubbock. That was circa 1993. All good things come to him
who waits. In this case, it sure did. Thanks for planting the idea in our
