This "Birth Certificate" issued by Softmail Incorporated
for TI -99/4A serial number 51127056. It was "born" on the 32nd week of
1983, which was just weeks before Texas Instruments announced it was ceasing
production of the TI 99/4A Home Computer. The signature of Donald P. Bynum,
former Texas Instruments Home Computer Manager, is in the lower left hand
corner of the Certificate. The two signatures on the right hand side of
the Certificate are those of Blain E. Crandell, President and Diane K.
Crandell, Secretary/Treasurer of Softmail Incorporated.
